Contractor invoices must be submitted within 30 days of the event date.● Freelance Rate: Pay is based on agreed hourly or day rate per booking confirmation.● Overtime: Overtime applies to W-2 employees only. Freelance and contract crew are not eligible for overtime pay.● No-Show Policy: A no-show to any scheduled event will result in immediate removal from the roster and permanent termination of contractor engagement with 94 Audio & Lighting LLC. No exceptions.● Independent Contractor: All crew are engaged as independent contractors. Responsible for own taxes.
